MapRank Report ("we") is operated by Lane Henslee. This policy explains what we collect when you visit maprankreport.com or buy a report, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Order details you enter at checkout: your name, email, business name, city, and the search you want checked.
• Payment details, which are collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic, cookie-free visit analytics (pages viewed, referrer, device type, approximate country) through our self-hosted analytics.
• Emails you send us.

How we use it

• To build your report from public Google Maps data and email it to you.
• To answer support questions and process refunds.
• To understand which pages help people, so we can improve the site.

We do not sell your information. If you ask the free checker to email your result, we send that email plus one follow-up about the full report, and nothing else.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to take payment.
• Resend, to deliver your report email.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the site and reports.
• Data providers we use to look up public Google Maps listings and rankings. They receive the business and search you entered, not your payment details.

We may disclose information if required by law.

Your report

Each report lives at a private, unguessable link that is not listed in search engines. Anyone you share the link with can view it. Ask us and we will delete it.

Security and retention

Data is sent over HTTPS and stored with access limited to the operator. We keep order records as long as needed for accounting and taxes, and delete report pages on request.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you. We reply within 5 business days.
