These terms cover your purchase and use of a MapRank Report from maprankreport.com, operated by Lane Henslee ("we"). By buying a report you agree to them.
What you get
A one-time report for one business and one search: Google Maps rankings from a 7 by 7 grid of points around the business, a comparison with nearby competitors, a profile check, and written suggestions. It is delivered by email, usually within an hour and always within 24 hours. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Price and payment
The price is shown at checkout (currently $29 USD) and is charged once through Stripe.
Refunds
If your report is late, wrong, or not useful, email [email protected] within 30 days and we will fix it or refund you in full. If we cannot find your business on Google Maps, we refund you automatically.
What the report is and is not
Rankings come from public Google Maps results at the time we check, and they change often. The report is information and advice, not a guarantee of any ranking, traffic, or revenue. We are not affiliated with Google.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate order details and only order reports for lawful purposes. You may share your report freely.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim about a report is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you bought applies to that purchase.
